Planning 3/2 urban area into a modern comprehensive tourism service area

On September 20, the Vung Tau City People's Committee held a ceremony to announce Decision No. 7179/QĐ-UBND regarding the approval of the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 for the 3/2 urban area.

Accordingly, the area for the detailed planning of the 3/2 urban area falls within Ward 10 and Ward 11 of Vung Tau City. The planned area covers a total of 966,393.2 m². The 3/2 urban area is intended to be a modern integrated tourism service area, combined with a mixed-function urban area that features synchronized technical and social infrastructure, residential housing, and commercial service facilities.

The spatial development and landscape architecture plan is divided into two main areas: a new residential development area and a tourism service development area. The tourism service area is aimed at establishing diverse tourism types, including high-end resort tourism and experiential ecotourism. Additionally, more accommodation services will be developed within the tourist areas to enhance investment attraction; coastal tourism areas will feature modern architectural styles and green architecture, minimizing deep interventions into the terrain.

Furthermore, the 1/500 planning project for the 3/2 urban area includes the layout of main urban traffic routes, key area roads, updates on existing routes, and the addition of secondary roads to enhance connectivity along with diverse urban social and service infrastructure.
