The Provincial People's Committee implements the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee
4 months ago ShareOn the morning of September 19, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting of the Provincial People's Committee to implement the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee. Attending the meeting were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dang Minh Thong; members of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of relevant departments, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.
Reporting at the meeting, the representative of the Provincial People's Committee Office said that on May 15, 2024, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee issued Resolution No. 4281-NQ/BCSĐ on strengthening inspection and examination work. Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee agreed to assign the Provincial People's Committee to direct specialized agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to base on the Annual Inspection Program Orientation approved by the Prime Minister and guide the development of the Government Inspectorate's Inspection Plan, develop an annual inspection and examination plan to ensure comprehensiveness, covering all areas and issues under the responsibility of departments, branches and localities, meeting the requirement that each department, branch and locality must be inspected at least once a year.
Resolution No. 4296-NQ/BCSĐ dated May 16, 2024 of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on building an educational environment in schools in the province. Accordingly, in order to continue to thoroughly grasp and direct the strict and effective implementation, build a safe, healthy, friendly educational environment, prevent child abuse, and prevent school violence; based on the actual situation, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee unanimously assigned the Provincial People's Committee to be responsible for leading and directing the implementation of a number of contents such as: continuing to thoroughly grasp and direct the strict and effective implementation, with inspection and evaluation of regulations on a safe, healthy, friendly educational environment, preventing and stopping child abuse and school violence; Directing, organizing inspections and examinations of the implementation of legal documents and directives on building and ensuring a safe and friendly educational environment, preventing school violence, selecting and using textbooks; coordinating strict handling of violations of the law and violations of teachers' ethics; Promoting propaganda and training to improve capacity and awareness for civil servants, collaborators working on children at all levels and people about children's laws, child protection and care, prevention of child abuse and injuries; disseminating and educating about laws on prevention of child abuse and injuries online; strengthening inspections and examinations of the implementation of legal policies and prevention of child abuse and injuries; Require schools to integrate legal education, knowledge, and life skills into subjects according to the new general education program; strengthen coordination between schools and families, promote the role of families in managing student education; regularly provide two-way information between schools and families about school activities, learning and training situations, and unusual signs of students to coordinate student education measures.
Resolution No. 4755-NQ/BCSĐ dated July 19, 2024, of the Provincial People's Committee’s Party Committee on Strengthening Leadership and Direction for Mineral Management Activities in the Province. Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee has agreed on goals, tasks, and solutions such as: Enhancing communication, dissemination, and effective implementation of the Party's policies and state laws regarding minerals; Developing a plan for exploration, exploitation, use, and protection of mineral resources in the province for the period 2024-2030, with a vision to 2050; Strictly managing, openly, and transparently the mineral sector and effectively utilizing mineral resources; Strengthening inspection and supervision of mineral activities.
At the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee also listened to the Department of Home Affairs report on seeking opinions regarding the construction of a resolution to award the "For the Cause of Building and Developing Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province" medal to individuals who have contributed to the province's development; and the Department of Finance reported on developing a decision to regulate the acceptance and management of financial revenues and expenditures for organizing festivals and donations for relics and festival activities in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
