Provincial People's Committee leaders work with the Board of Directors of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on the situation of land use rights auctions.
4 months ago ShareOn the afternoon of September 23, Mr. Le Ngoc Khanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with the Board of Directors of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on the situation of land use rights auctions. Attending the meeting were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.
Reporting at the meeting, the representative of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment said that according to the plan, in 2024, the Province will auction 09 land plots managed by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center in the province with a total area of about 102.54 hectares, estimated value of about 10,962.9 billion VND (provisionally calculated according to the land price list of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province for 5 years, period 2020-2024). Up to now, the Provincial People's Committee has approved the auction plan of 09 land plots for 09 land plots in 2024; approved the auction decision of 06 land plots; approved the detailed planning 1/500 of 09 land plots; approved the investment policy of 02 land plots, 05 land plots that the Department of Planning and Investment is appraising, 01 plot is being implemented and 01 land plot is not subject to investment policy; There have been comments regarding defense and security of 09 land plots.
In 2025, it is expected to auction 14 land plots. According to the plan, in the 2021-2025 period, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will auction 23 land plots; in the 2026-2030 period, it is expected to auction 10 land plots with an area of about 56.78 hectares. During the implementation process, if there are other land plots eligible for auction, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to submit to the Provincial People's Committee to add to the auction plan.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Khanh assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to focus on directing and promoting the progress of the implementation of the Land Auction Plan for 2024 and 2025; Continue to review and complete the detailed planning projects 1/500 of the auctioned land plots in 2025 and organize land auctions to ensure the correct roadmap according to the proposed Plan....
* At the meeting, delegates also heard the Department of Natural Resources and Environment report on the situation of granting mineral exploitation rights and collecting land leases for water surface in front of seaports.
